Do you have full access to both masculine and feminine power in yourself? Do you feel called to model and develop the leadership techniques of the future? Join me and Nilima Bhat to learn how leverage your feminine values and energy to take your leadership and organization to the next level!
While many of today’s leaders freely acknowledge that a more humane, compassionate and collaborative style of leadership is called for, most of them are thoroughly steeped in the heroic, hierarchical, masculine paradigm. A desire to lead differently isn’t the same thing as the knowledge and skill to deftly apply feminine leadership power and practices in tricky, ambiguous situations. And of the few who understand and practice feminine modes of leadership, even fewer can explain and teach what they do. Nilima Bhat is one of these rare leaders.
In this inspiring and informative hour of exploration into the poorly understood realm of feminine power, you will:
- Learn how we lost touch with the feminine version of leadership
- Understand the healthy and unhealthy expressions of both masculine and feminine power
- See how you can develop the feminine power that will take your leadership to the next level
